调益三焦针灸法对中晚期非小细胞肺癌癌因性疲乏的疗效及免疫功能的影响Effects of “Tiaoyi Sanjiao” acupuncture and moxibustion on cancer-induced fatigue and immune function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察调益三焦针灸法治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌癌因性疲乏的疗效及对淋巴细胞计数的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的中晚期非小细胞肺癌癌因性疲乏患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组77例。对照组用常规中西药结合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合调益三焦针灸法(温和灸膻中、中脘、气海、足三里,针刺血海、外关、太冲)治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的卡氏(KPS)评分、Piper量表评分、淋巴细胞亚群百分比及绝对计数的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后KPS评分均明显升高(P<0.05);对照组Piper量表行为维度评分、B细胞的百分比明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组Piper量表行为维度、情绪维度、感觉维度评分及总评分均明显降低(P<0.05),CD3~+T细胞的百分比及CD3~+T细胞、CD4~+T细胞、CD8~+T细胞计数明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组Piper量表行为维度评分明显下降(P<0.05);B细胞、CD4~+T细胞的百分比和绝对计数上升(P<0.05),CD3~+T细胞计数明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:调益三焦针灸法可明显缓解中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疲乏状态,提高生活质量,其作用机制可能是通过调节淋巴细胞数量、改善免疫功能实现的。
